The journal has been published since 2011. Since December 2015, it has been included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for publishing the main research results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science and for the degree of doctor of science.
