ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF RISKS AT THE PRODUCTION STAGES OF ELECTRIC CHARGING STATIONS
Annotation. The knowledge-intensive sector occupies a special place in the development of the country's economy. The charging infrastructure market is developing quite dynamically, due to the fact that electric vehicles currently surpass other types of vehicles in environmental efficiency. The main factor in the growth of charging stations is the increase in the number of electric cars on the market. Over time, this trend will only intensify and lead to the expansion of charging station networks. In the process of creating high-tech products, it is important to conduct a comprehensive analysis and risk assessment at different stages of the production of electric charging stations. Risk management allows enterprises to achieve higher performance results, as well as increase the efficiency of their activities. Today, various factors such as technological innovations, geopolitical changes, economic crises can have a significant impact on the activities of an enterprise. Therefore, risk management requires the use of various methods and approaches in order to minimize potential losses and ensure efficient production processes. Indeed, effective risk management allows knowledge-intensive enterprises to identify potential threats in advance and apply an appropriate mechanism to solve the difficulties that have arisen. The use of innovative technologies and risk forecasting allows you to foresee potential threats and effectively respond to them.

ASSESSMENT OF EXTERNAL FACTORS ON THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Annotation. The article discusses one of the most effective tools in the field of assessing and identifying the main risks and threats to the economic security of an organization - a risk map. A risk map is a visual representation of various threats and risks, which allows the company's management to quickly and clearly assess the level of business vulnerability and the degree of impact of each factor. Its compilation requires an in-depth analysis using methods such as SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. To obtain the most accurate assessment of each factor at these stages of the analysis, it is necessary to establish a weighted score that will help determine how much each risk can affect the economic security of the company as a whole. This approach provides a deeper understanding of the risk environment and forms the basis for further strategic decisions and actions. Developing a risk map and conducting a comprehensive analysis using the SWOT and PEST methods is an important step towards strengthening the economic security of a company, which in turn contributes to its effective and sustainable development in a changing market.
