TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article defines the role of technological innovations in the process of transition to sustainable development. The conceptual basis of the research is the UN concept of sustainable development; the theory of innovation. Sustainable production implies three main components: economic, social and environmental. The analysis showed an increase in research and development costs in absolute and relative terms both in the pre-COVID and post-COVID period. Technological innovations are carried out in the trend of global digitalization-mainly in the field of information and computer, digital technologies. The correlation analysis showed a strong direct relationship between our country's GDP and investment, a weak relationship between investment and research and development costs, and the absence of a significant relationship between research and development costs and GDP. It is proved that the economic opportunities for sustainable development directly depend on the specific weight of organizations engaged in technological innovations; the volume of innovative goods, works and services; the number of advanced production technologies used. In conclusion, the limitations and prospects for the sustainable development of enterprises are determined.

SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OF THE SHORTAGE OF SKILLED WORKERS

The shortage of high-skilled workers is a systemic problem and is characteristic of any economy, regardless of its development level. The main reason for the formation of this problem is the dissonance between the competencies obtained by a specialist during education and the requirements of employers for the skills and abilities of employees. The most common solution to this problem is to attract highly qualified foreign personnel. The study of foreign experience in solving the problem of a shortage of highly qualified personnel has made it possible to conclude that the regions of the Russian Federation, to form their own pool of qualified personnel, should develop the practice of dual education and change the nature of vocational guidance activities from universities to enterprises.

FORMATION OF AN EQUALIZED PRICE FOR GAS CONSUMERS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Reforming the management aspects of the functioning of the market for the supply of natural gas to residential consumers, which are carried out during 2015-2020 in Russia, in the context of the transition to Industry 4.0, it requires a conceptual rethinking of the priorities for the activities and development of enterprises that sell gas. The issues of social responsibility of business entities come to the fore, in particular, the obligatory informing of consumers about the environmental and social aspects of their functioning. Receiving by consumers (including households) the right to freely choose a natural gas supplier, actualizes the need to increase the competitive attractiveness of market players using all the available opportunities of the gas market and world experience, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the need to match the activities of gas supply services household consumers social responsibility standards and adjustments of strategic development plans taking them into account. At the same time, the issue of theoretical and methodological support for managing the development of enterprises that sell natural gas to household consumers through assessing the level of their social responsibility and adjusting strategic development plans, taking into account the standards of such responsibility, remained without the attention of researchers.
